JOB PROFILE
aak-Grow’s mandate on Product Stewardship includes the capacity building of end users and stakeholders of all cadres on the responsible use and handling of pesticides. In order to bolster our training team, we invite qualified candidates to express their interest in becoming part-time trainers for the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Their role shall be to deliver training as per the approved curriculum to various target audiences which may include but not limited to agricultural and public health professionals, agrodealers, farmers and Spray Service Providers.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, entomology, natural Sciences, Health sciences, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in the pesticide industry, Pest Control operations, agricultural production firms (Horticulture, food crops etc.) or public/private extension.
- Be physically available for a 1-week training from 9th June to 13th June 2025.
