Constitution Review Report – 2017

The technical team that reviewed the constitution held successive breakfast meetings with chief executive officers/directors/business leaders of AAK member companies to highlight key issues/changes being made on the constitution. The forums took place in 3 phases i.e. Breakfast meeting with multinational companies which was held on 06 September 2017 at AAK Office, meeting with local companies held on Friday, 08 September 2017 and an all industry meeting which took place on 12th September 2017 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Nairobi. In all these meetings, members’ views were heard and incorporated in the constitution.
